Events Image Problem!

I am posting my first event with the built-in events tool. I want to use an image. I have uploaded it and inserted it. Everything looks great except that above my Event title, it shows a duplicate image that is larger than the original.

My code doesn’t reference another image or anything else other than the proper code.

One additional tidbit…I am using the FS Contact Form Plugin and have that code below the image code. But, I don’t see how that would affect my image. Below is the code:
