    Good day!

We are currently having an issue with Events Calendar by TribeEvents. Good day!

The issue is with Events ticket rsvp function and the W3 Total cache. We integrated a custom form called ‘Attendee Information’ in our events and the fields are required so the user should fill out the form and upon submission, the attendee information is shown on the email. However, when the caching is on (W3 Total Cahe), the ‘Attendee information’ is not showing on the email notification content. We already exclude the page that has any ‘events’ and/or ‘seminar’ slugs and tags. Also purge and clear cache in order to give the updated content of the.

We are using W3 Total cache for our caching.

    Thank you!

    Hello @aiadev

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share your website URL? Also can you please disable W3 Total Cache settings one by one and let us know which setting might be causing the issue. Make sure to save all settings and purge cache after each disable.
It would also help us if you can provide some screenshots of the issue with and without W3 Total Cache active.
    Thank you!
