Can you send me a link to the separate examples?
Are you using the Event Builder codes or the Simple display options?
Same for me here, the plugin is currently at Version 2.1.3 .
both the Event builder (on the left) and the Simple display (on the right) are producing the same result.
with this:
<div class="gce-list-event gce-tooltip-event">[event-title]</div>
<div><span>Début:</span> [start-time]</div>
<div><span>Fin:</span> [end-date] - [end-time]</div>
[if-location]<div><span>Lieu:</span> [location]</div>[/if-location]
[if-description]<div><span>Description:</span> [description]</div>[/if-description]
<div>[link newwindow="true"]Plus de détails...[/link]</div>
[event-title] : is blank
[start-time] : works fine
[end-date] – [end-time] : works fine
[link newwindow=”true”]More details : is a link with target blank but the href is related to timezone stuff like this
<a href="http://&ctz=America/Toronto" target="_blank">Plus de détails…</a>
For grid, list and grouped list, the event-title is not showing.
I tried to play with the cache but no luck. I will follow updates.
Thanks for taking care of it.
Do you have a link I can take a look at?
Hi there.
Same issue: No titles in the calender- or list-view. Used the simple display option. Here is a link to the page with the calender: http://www.stadtteilschule-bahrenfeld.de/wordpress/?page_id=18
Thanks in advance for your help,
Jan
@jankopietz,
Thanks for providing a link so I could check it out. I will look into it further and see what I can come up with.
Thank you all for your patience.
@jankopietz,
I assume the grid is supposed to have events? Is the problem that the tooltips aren’t popping up?
Are you using event builder or simple display options?
Jan, could you give us a link to your calendar and show us your shortcode? Thanks.

Nick,
Well. It appears the public Google calendar was set to “display busy/free information only” — it took me awhile to ask the right question but apparently that had changed from previous settings and the event titles now show up.
Thank you very much for looking into it!!
@sere7,
Great glad to hear you got it sorted out!
@jankopietz,
Have you also checked your calendar settings to make sure it is public and not set to show only free/busy schedule? Wondering if the solution @sere7 found will be helpful for you too.
HI again,
thanks for your replies. I’m on vacation right now, so it’s not possible for me to test this. But I know that I set the calender to show only busy schedule. That was attended. Isn’t there a way to get calendar data from such a setting or even a private shared calendar? I know this worked a couple months ago…
Thanks for your support!
I am going to mark as resolved since @sere7 seems to have found the answer for this issue.
I think a couple of months ago there was some differences in private/public data. As of now though, the plugin requires all data to be public to work correctly.
Hope that helps and if you need more help please let us know.
Thanks
