Event registration plugin?

    Hello,

    I am looking for a plugin that would allow users to sign up for an event (5K run) or create a team. It would also need to allow people to sign up to support other participants or teams.

    An example of what I need is on the Relay for Life website (http://relay.acsevents.org/site/PageServer?pagename=relay)

    Could anyone steer me the right direction for a WordPress plugin that would handle all of this?
