Your events are indeed showing up. They’re just showing up far down the page, with a lot of whitespace in between the title and the content.
Have you recently installed anything new to your WordPress site?
A first step to troubleshooting the issue might be to disable all of the plugins except the “All-in-One Even Calendar”, and see if the problem still exists. Do you know how to do this?
Hi,
It seems that it is a CSS conflict with your wp theme. Have you tried the troubleshooting guide? http://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/
Thank you tbennettcc and Benjamin. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins except for the all in one event calendar – no difference. Then I tried the troubleshooting guide – it seems to be a them conflict not a plugin conflict – it works with twenty thirteen.
Then I have tried adding .ai1ec_event to all the .post parts of the css as in the guide. This changed it but to a worse state, so I went back through and took them all out. I also tried adding one by one but that didn’t work.
Any other ideas? So weird as on a mobile you don’t get the white space (Thanks tbennettcc for pointing this out – i thought it wasn’t showing but is indeed just down the page!). So a mobile works great but a computer adds this huge white blank space?
Thanks again for any help
Oh god now the event is even worse and the event has actually disappeared from the page! PLEASE help! css is so confusing and i’ve obvisously done something π
… it is definitely still ok on a mobile but failing dramatically on a computer. Thanks in advance, I hope you guys can help!
Please go back to the default, and I’ll see what I can do.
I’m sorry what do you mean please do back to the default?
Thank you for your help π
Can you delete CSS changes you made.
I don’t know how to do that please? I tried but no difference – must have missed bits?
I think i’ve done it?! Please help me π
It seems that everything is fine now, you’ve solved issue in the meantime?
