Event Description not showing

I can see how adding a description, and it not showing where you expect, can be frustrating. Thankfully, we thought of that, and have an option available to control that functionality, which is off by default. You can turn this on by doing two things:

– first turn the feature on. do this by going to wp-admin -> OpenTickets (main menu item) -> Settings (sub menu item) -> Frontend (tab) and checking the box next to ‘Single Event Synopsis’
– second, choose whether to display the synopsis above or below the event ticket UI. do this by going to the same page above, and then selecting ‘Above’ or ‘Below’ next to ‘Single Event Synopsis Position’.

Here is an image that shows what I am talking about. Make sure those are set, and then your synopsis, which you entered on the edit event page, will show either above or below your ticket selection UI.
