ETOC strips away inline css

    Hi,

    I noticed an incompatibility with the Novashare social sharing plugin when the Pinterest pin image on hover is enabled.

    Novashare outputs some CSS inline in the HTML like this (CSS code shortened)

    <style>body .novashare-pinterest-image{display:block;position:relative;...}</style><h3>title</h3>

    It looks like ETOC strips this away too:
    <h3><span class="ez-toc-section">....
