Hi @lallenuk,
Thank you very much for letting us know.
Could you send me the URL to the webpage where you are using our plugin and the “Essential Grid” theme to check the issue in detail, please?
Best regards.
Thanks for getting back so quick on this, Sure thing.
The page is http://www.horror.land/reviews/
wordpress 4.6.1,
Essential Grid Version 2.1.0.2
Loading Page Version 5.0.13
Its fine on desktop, but certainly ipad really freaks out.
Cheers

Hi,
The issue may be caused by the “z-index” assigned to the elements in the theme active, please, follow the steps below:
1. Open the “/wp-content/plugins/loading-page/loading-screens/logo/loading-logo.js” file with the text editor of your choice.
2. Enter a bigger number for the zIndex, as follows:
zIndex: 999999,
or:
“z-index”: 999999,
3. Finally, clear the browser’s cache after edit the online file.
Best regards.
Thanks for the suggestion, a good one too, but this did not solve the issue.
zIndex: 999999, did not work
“z-index”: 999999,did not work
Larger numbers than these also did not work.
Each change was attempted three times and cache was purged after each attempt.
Hi @lallenuk,
I’ve not used the theme active in your website, however, you can contact me through my personal website with the access to your WordPress to check the issue in detail:

Best regards.
hey, its certainly not the theme. i’ve been using it fine without any issues, but as soon as I started using Essential Grids, the issue occurs. you can even see the Essnetial Grids loding icon popping up over the loading page.
Im not really interested in allowing access to my site, but I just posted in the hope you might have had an idea on how to fix it and to make you aware of the conflict.
Thanks for your suggestion and your help, if you have nay other ideas, do please let me know.
