1. I’d like to see this as well.
2. What would be the purpose of this?
3. I don’t see anywhere where “Défaut Pages” is used in the language files, where are you seeing this exactly?
1. It has already been implemented by the author 🙂
2. It very useful for developpers. We are web developper and we often need the ID of a page for our work.
3. Here: http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/433694Capturede769cran20150909a768193533.png
The best French translation is this one (I edited the text with Firebug to show you):

An other better translation:
“Vide” should be written “Vider” in French

And this string is not translated:

“Are you sure you would like to empty the trash? This action is not reversable.” should be “Etes-vous certain de vider la corbeille? Cette action est irreversible.” in French
And “Empty Trash” is “Vider la Corbeille” in French 😀
RE: Post IDs
IDs are visible when you quick edit a post (in the upper right corner).
As far as translations… they are the result of users kind enough to submit them via Github pull requests. The specific string above is part of a feature that is relatively new. I’m more than happy to accept pull requests with updated translations.
