Support » Plugin: BackWPup - WordPress Backup Plugin » Errors while saving

  • Hello,
Recently my backwpup has been emailing me that there are errors in my backup.

First I was getting this error: “Signal 15 is sent to script!”

So I went in and changed the options for DB Backup to Gzip. XML export to GZip and Plugins to GZip. Thinking that would help. No reason really, just thought maybe changing some things would help.

Now I am getting these errors:
“ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: (ER_DELETED) Entry has been deleted.
WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
    Trying to create backup archive…
WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
    Trying to create backup archive…
ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: (ER_DELETED) Entry has been deleted.”

After that is says Backup archive created. And I do get the file in my dropbox. But it says it was completed with 3 errors and 2 warnings.

Please help. I am not sure what this means or what to do.

    Thanks in advance.

The “Signal 15 is sent to script!” is the realy problem. That means the the backup will be terminated from Server side. Try to change the setting for max execution time in BackWPup > Settings > Tab: Jobs.
