errors when updating

    I am getting the following errors when attempting to download updates for your plugin from wordpress backend:
    –Before click update–
    There is a new version of QuadMenu PRO available. View version 3.1.5 details or update now.

    Your plugin license has expired. Please visit your account to renew your license or purchase a new one from our website.

    –After click update–
    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature Your plugin license has expired. Please visit your account to renew your license or purchase a new one from our website.

    Please help I have had this problem for months now.

    ps I have a lifetime license.
