I shipped a few orders fine then started receiving errors. After I click “Create shipping label”, under the box and weight there’s a banner that says “The load balancer was unable to handle this request”. Address verification also shows “Unverified address”. When I click on edit then “Validate and Save” the following error appears “Error: The WooCommerce Shipping server returned: Internal Server Error An internal server error occurred ( 500 )”.

I’ve not created a test site and stripped the site to just wordpress and WooCommerce as it doesn’t appear to be a problem on my server side. Before doing testing I wanted to see if this was already a known problem.

    Hello,
Thank you for opening this thread.

We’re aware of this issue. The shipping label service is currently experiencing a temporary disruption that’s preventing label purchases from going through. This is not caused by anything on your site or in your WooCommerce setup.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working with the carrier service provider to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.

Once the service is restored, label purchases should work as expected without any changes on your end.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
