@rosario_bilotta Did you recently reset Nextgen? I’ve found that messes up the nextgen-options array, causing all sorts of problems:

If this is the problem you’re having, hopefully you have a backup of the sql? If so, you can search in it for the value of ngg_options and restore just that option to the wp_options table to see if it helps.

Also to note, and this may apply to both, and I believe each of you have been recommended to submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) … with the additional details it may be you need to use our external Reset Tool plugin which often sorts out issues if the Reset Option is not available (even if that is due to using it, unfortunately).
Send us a Bug Report with a request for the Reset Tool and we would be happy to send it to you.
