Errors i don’t understand because it ar normal codes

I use contactform7 for signing up for summercamps.
And sins the syntax check, we have many problems with the forms.

Can sameone please explain how to solve this

Reply-To: [your-email]
error: Invalid mailbox syntax is used in the Reply-To field.

from: [your-name] <[your-email]>
error: Sender email address does not belong to the site domain.
DUHU
The same for….
from: [email-10]

OR
To: [your-email]
error: Invalid mailbox syntax is used.
Same for
To: [email-10], [email-942] (Sending an copy to 2 emails at same time.
