    I paid for the premium version on 6th dec and on day 1 I got so many errors, while most were fixed in 24 hrs, the one most important error that still refuses to go (where I could customize my tracking page). Your support has apparently been at it for 6 days and each time I get a response saying, we are fixing it. How can it take you 6 days to fix such a trivial issue. I’m already looking for alternatives as I see no end to this.
