Errors errors errors

Thank you for this plugin, is everything the doctor ordered! 🙂

Sadly thought i tested it just now and found errors all over. Hope that you can solve them so i can start using your plugin on a regular basis.

Made a fresh install of wp 4.2.2, in a subdirectory, in a server running php 5.4, for testing purposes. Your plugin was the first thing i installed, so conflicts with other plugins or code is ruled out.
Debug is on.
Plugin settings are default.

– Upon plugin activation, it throws this warning:

The plugin generated 2970 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

– When trying to add a child page using the quick menu gets this js error on the console:

Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined

– It is possible however to add a child page by adding a new page on the regular menu and setting the parent. In this case when expanding or collapsing the child page shows this console message:

There was an error saving toggled pages.

– Also tried Quick edit (tried to put the page private) and got this console message:

Cannot read property ‘post_title’ of undefined

– Then tried to deleted a page, sent it to trash, then when deleting permanently got a Internal Server Error. When refreshing the page, that went away and was back in the admin, like nothing happened.

– And when trying to reorder the new order doesn’t save and on refresh all gets back to where it was.

This is what i got so far.
Anything you want to know in more detail let me know. Hope you can iron these out. Love the looks and functionalities of this plugin, can’t wait to start using it.
