I think there is a problem when BackWPUp tries to send the backup file to your email.
Maybe that file too large.
Could you please try to run a local backup ( save the backup to your website ) to see if it works?
Hi, I have changed over the backups not to go to email but to go to a folder (on the website). After running a manual backup today, I got 2 warnings in my log. This is a copy of this.

Please try the following:
– go to BackWPup > Settings > Jobs, try to set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 25 seconds.
– go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load and choose medium and then try again

Hi, I have changed both settings you suggested above and run another backup to a folder. This is saying only 1 warning message now – copy of result is below.

This warning means your job was not restarted at the right time, normally your backup will still be created correctly.
If so, you can ignore it 🙂
