Thank you for contacting us, We tried to replicate your setup at our end using the site info provided.
We found out the following plugins are not compatible with AMP:
1) Popup Builder – Create highly converting, mobile-friendly marketing popups.
2) 3CX Free Live Chat
3) WPCode – Insert Headers and Footers + Custom Code Snippets – WordPress Code Manager
You can contact the plugin author and ask them to make their plugin AMP compatible, You can also look for an alternative solutions on our site OR you can look for mini plugin or extension that can fix AMP compatibility
