Hi,
Please could you send us a copy of the full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

it might be a dropbox storage issue.
I’ll try again and post the log if it doesn’t work.

Looking at the line you copied above, that definitely looks like a storage issue.
Please let us know if cleaning up some space helps resolve the issue.

turns out it was a dropbox storage issue, not sure why the second backup was needing more space.
