    Hi there,

    I am trying this plugin with apache server, standalone wordpress installation.
    The website use profile builder pro to create custom user role and each user will upload files to build personal profile. The goal is to protect user uploaded files from being accessed by public.
    what’s working:
    1. media file protect
    what’s not working:
    1. private link is showing “can’t find this page”
    2. neither admin nor owner of the media files can access the new file link
    3. after turning off the protection, the file is being moved back to the original folder, but the file address is incorrect, therefore the file is not accessible.

    Please advise.
