errormessage : 302 found

I get this message everywhere in my blog

“Found
The document has moved here. “(Here = a link with the same adress as this is and i get the same message if i press here)”

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

What can i do?

i installed it first yesterday, but deleted it and installed it again today..

i have used wordpress before on the same webhotell and domain, but at friend helped.. so i dont know if he had the same problem and fixed it..
