error_log file status

Hi,

I have backed up the lost website because of expired hosting service using the database and WordPress files that we have backed up in 2015 and restored the new website but now I am having trouble with MM Forms including “Request Refills” form and “Signup” section on the bottom of the website…The hosting guy told me to check out error_log file and it seems like there are so many problems with the plugin and database..

Can anyone figure why this is happening?
