Error with Page Viewing

I am in the process of creating my second site using WP and this is an error I did not encounter with the first site.

When I create a page I cannot view it once I’m done. When I click on a link to the page (either on the sidebar or within the page edit screen) I receive this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /staff/fsu/who-we-are/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The data is being saved since I can go to Manage>Pages and everything I’ve created is sitting there. Is there something I need to do with my server in order for these pages to become viewable?
