Error while saving/ applying changes

    Dear team, when I try to save changes or press apply, it does not happen. Instead I get an error: error: (#4) Application request limit reached.

    I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, deleted the cache, updated the plugin – no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Could you please double check whether you have followed the steps below?

    1. The feed will not work even if you are an admin/manager/editor of the page, but it has not been created with your Facebook developer account. So the Facebook page must be created by you only.

    2. Make sure to follow the steps in this tutorial, create a Facebook app, copy the App ID and App Secret, then paste them in Facebook Feed WD > Options section. After this, you can get the Page Access Token. Please check this video.

    Note: Before proceeding to the steps below, make sure to update Facebook Feed WD to its latest version.

    To be honest, I do not understand the first section of your answer. I am an admin of the facebook page from which the post will be fetched. I am using same credentials to log in to developers.facebook.com.

    I now get an error: (#10) To use ‘Page Public Content Access’, your use of this endpoint must be reviewed and approved by Facebook. To submit this ‘Page Public Content Access’ feature for review please read our documentation on reviewable features: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review..

    Hi,

    Please note that being the administrator of the Facebook page is not enough. According to the new rules that the Facebook has established, the page should be created by you, or you should be loged in through the profile that was used to create that Facebook page so to make configurations.

    Please note that you should submit the page for the Facebook review to be able to share the information. You can follow the steps in the URL.
