Error While Downloading Update

Hello, this is Kenny. I’m an admin on my church’s website ccflapaz.com. When I tried to download the update for the Newsletter plugin, it came up with two error messages. Here are both error messages:

1. An error occurred while updating Newsletter – Automated Newsletters: Download failed. Method Not Allowed
2. An error occurred while updating Newsletter – Reports and Retargeting: Download failed. Method Not Allowed

I don’t know how to fix this issue. I’ve let the main tech admin of our church know and I figured I would post something here in this forum to see if the issue could be resolved.
