    Dear WooCommerce Community,

I wanted to update our WooCommerce WP plugin but the system shows me an error message:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at service@webmailer.de to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Could you please help me?
    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Daniel Nagy

  • Seem you are getting a Server Time out. Can be from multiple issues:
    PHP-Timeout
    an issue in your .htacces
ann issue in a running script
PHP Memory-Limit. Maybe this is to low in your server configuration.
Can you share the logs of woocommerce?

    Hi there,

As alluded to by @braehler, the cause of that can be pretty broad. To narrow things down, please share a copy of your (latest) fatal error log as found under **WooCommerce > System Status > Logs**

    Thanks!

    Hey again!

The plugin “js_composer/” is missing a file or something similar.

I would recommend manually reinstalling that plugin, or contacting the support for that plugin if you are still having issues.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!
