Error when testing plugin

    I installed the plugin and entered in all login creds for my gmail using 587 as port and chose 587 as port but get this when testing it: SMTP connect() failed.

    Any ideas?

    I deactivated all plugins too but still get the error. Could it be something on the server? or within cpanel that is prohibiting it?
