Error when searching a product

Hello,

When I go to add a new message I want to add some of the Bol.com products.

In the following code I replaced the domain name by [DOMAIN]. But I’m retrieving the following error:

All I do is “bol.com -> Productlink” type in the search word “hobit” and press “zoeken”.

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this error. I could reproduce this error. It looks like when you search for ‘hobit’ results in an error at the Bol.com Open API side. The error you get is the given response from the Bol.com Open API.

When you search for ‘Hobbit’ you will find results.

Thanks, so the keyword was broken, strange.

Another question. How to go to step 2? I just see a list of products when I search and when I click on one, I go to bol.com instead of checking it to go to step 2.

Since it says ‘Selecteer producten om in te voegen’, but I only go to bol.com. I don’t see a checkbox or anything.

When you see the list of product you can click on the ‘+’ sign in the right corner of a product block. When you click on it the product will move to the right side and then you can go to step 2. The products on the right side will be shown in the widget.

I see the issue, there is no + atm because there is no styling on the add link. I think the CSS is not connected in version 3.8

Any way to fix this?

I checked a WordPress 3.8 installation with the Bol.com plugin installed but when I add a product link and search for products I do see a + image.

It is true that a css file can’t be found /wp-admin/css/colors-fresh.css but that one is not the one responsible for loading the icon.

Can you check or you miss any files other that are not loaded successfully? This is the style applied to the icon.

It is true that the file /wp-admin/css/colors-fresh.css could not be found. But I checked and I use a minify plugin to optimize my HTML, JS and CSS. It also minified these files where the colors-fresh.css could not be found and returned a 400 invalid request error. I created an empty CSS file and now it works.

We checked or there were any files missing. The file
wp-admin/css/colors-fresh.css is removed from the default WordPress admin styles in WordPress version 3.8.0 and 3.8.1. This style is used in the plugin.

You can remove this line by yourself from the file:
wp-content\plugins\bolcom-partnerprogramma-wordpress-plugin\src\ajax\popup\includes\header.inc.php

When you are using version 3.8.0 or 3.8.1 of WordPress. We will provide the real fix in the next release.
