Error when scanning

Hello,
I deactivated (after checking the box Complete Deactivation) and deleted / reinstalled twice the plugin after having tried several times (Synchronize with cloud) but still getting an error when “Perform Sacn”!!.
My license / Access key is valid. Plugin has been working properly for more than 1-2 years!
Please advise
