Error when restoring theme

    Hi,

    I’m trying to restore our theme as far back in time as I have backups though I believe that I somehow have accidentially deleted the “mother theme” of the theme we’re using. When trying to restore, all I get is restore failed with this log:

    Can anything be done so that I can restore the theme? Please help.

    Hello

    The log is complaining about ‘old folders’ having not been removed. These folders are used just prior to a restoration in case anything goes wrong. You should see a button called Delete old folders – you will need to click this before retrying the restoration.

    Sorry for the very late response, haven’t had time to look into this until now, but won’t deleting the old folders delete the info I need in restoring a very old version of the theme?
