error when registering student

    I have installed tutor lms and when registering students I get the following error: ERROR: your answer was incorrect – please try again…

    I have activated the general-member-settings option – anyone can register

    We are very sorry for the issue. Seems like you are using a 3rd party captcha system, please disbale the others theme and check your website with another theme.
