error when posting comments: this comment is not acceptable

    My users are having problem when adding comments, they got text: this comment is not acceptable. I tried adding comments on my own from different email adresses and always got this text. What is strange, this comments actualy get to my inbox and I can approve them but this text in red background is totally unacceptable.
    Please help.

    One of your active plugins is changing guest comments to the “Trashed” status, so you see this issue. It is also possible that you have custom code implementing similar logic.

    Please review the list of your active plugins to identify which one may be causing the problem. We recommend deactivating your plugins and theme one by one, checking the issue after each deactivation until you find the source of the conflict.

    Please keep any cache plugins deactivated during this testing process.

    Also, don’t forget to press Ctrl + F5 on the frontend before each test to ensure your browser reloads the latest JavaScript files.
