error when posting comments: this comment is not acceptable

    My users are having problem when adding comments, they got text: this comment is not acceptable. I tried adding comments on my own from different email adresses and always got this text. What is strange, this comments actualy get to my inbox and I can approve them but this text in red background is totally unacceptable.
    Please help.

    I’m having the same problem, but the moderator deleted my thread and told me to start my own, so I copied it 1:1. You want it, you have it, since two people can’t participate in the same thread. The instructions for Ewelina are incorrect. Disabling plugins and the theme didn’t help. The plugin doesn’t work properly on a clean WordPress setup either.

    Hi,

    wpDiscuz is currently deactivated, so we’re unable to check the issue.

    Please reactivate the plugin so we can investigate the problem. If you don’t want to enable it for the entire website, you can create a test post and enable wpDiscuz only for that post using the “Display comment form for post IDs:“ option.
