Error when placing an order

Hi,

I have an issue with the Place Order button on my website when using the PayPal gateway.

The issue is that when I select PayPal as the payment option the Place Order button doesn’t function. It just displays ‘Error processing checkout. Please try again.’ The payment processes when you click the PayPal button, but just not the place order button.

The Place Order button functions correctly when using the credit cards option, so the issue only occurs when using the PayPal option.

Would you have a solution to this?

Please don’t ask me to ask the theme’s developer because they’ve just referred me to the forum.
