    I get this error message when I try to put in my “from” email address. The adress IS authorized but I still get this error message
    Error when parsing JSON database value: “Syntax error”

    Please help

    Hi there @kskarsvaag

    This could be a plugin or theme conflict. Can you disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works? 

    If it does work, enable all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us which plugin is at fault.
