I just updated NextGen to the newest version. Now, when I go to edit thumbnails or rotate images in the plugin, it doesn’t work, and in the browser console I get this error

    dispatch @ load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,quicktags&ver=4.8.1:3
    r.handle @ load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,quicktags&ver=4.8.1:3

Is this because of the plugin update, or is it unrelated? I’ve never had this issue before.
