Error when editing thumbnails/rotating images after updating

I just updated NextGen to the newest version. Now, when I go to edit thumbnails or rotate images in the plugin, it doesn’t work, and in the browser console I get this error

Is this because of the plugin update, or is it unrelated? I’ve never had this issue before.

I was able to resolve this issue by logging into the ssh terminal, and using the command
```
find ~/public_html/ -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \; 
find ~/public_html/ -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;
```

@rnrc – Thanks for following up on this; you might also have a look into the issue with your web hosting service to insure the correct permissions are being inherited for the gallery folders and images.
