Error when changing home page settings

    I have changed the front page setting so that it no longer displays recent posts but a static homepage. This should be a simple edit. However it has messed up the site completely and taken the home page from a previous wordpress installation and totally different theme. I therefore have tried to change back, but the template does not implement this change.

    hmmmmmm well seem to have found a different issue….changing http to https seems to have fixed it…meaning it was a DNS issue not a theme problem!
