    Hello.

    First, thank you for your useful plugin.

    I’ve 2 questions.

    (1)

    I tried to test this “license manager plugin” on my test site.

    That’s all OK. So i tried to install newly on bitnami wordpress AWS lightsail packages.

    I’ve intalled and deleted several times. (about + 10 times…)

    After i completed Handbook’s STEP 2 (write secret.txt file’s content on wp-config.php and remove directory /opt/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/lmfwc-files), I met Error Message whenever adding license key.

    I don’t know what causes this error. I just went through HANDBOOK’s instructions.

    (2)

    Because removing lmfwc-files directory caused error, So i don’t touch this folder in this time. I try to link product to license key. But i can’t because No product’s shown in drop-box.
    (i try to input some characters into drop-box, but i can’t. – In advance i added test product and checked the boxes – “sell license keys for this product”, “sell license keys from the available stock”, “Virtual” – Plus checked “Enable automatic stock management” on setting menu. also “click Syncronize”.)

    I’m not programmer and I’m not familiar with php, wordpress. So…
    After installing, then i just tried to turn other plugin off or change theme. and try again…… All day. (I tried to turn off all other plugin except woocommerce and wp mail smtp, but it didn’t work / theme was NEVE and ASTRA in this test.)

    i’ll be very glad for your help.
    thank you for your time.

    Sorry for being late.

    The Error Message is “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    I set Administration Email Address in Settings – General. i set also Email address in Users – edit admin user. But the email (above mentioned) didn’t arrived.

    @pacomini

    I am unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not and also Enable your website debug mode from wp-config and see if there is an error in your website.

    Thanks

    (@pacomini)

    Thank you for your time.

    As i wrote above, i tried to deactivate the plugins and change theme.

    The error still exists. I don’t know why…

    But i thank you for your great efforts.

    If i were programmer, i would know why. ??
    But for now, i give up!

    Thantk you for your time.

    @pacomini
    Sorry for the inconvenience, I think you need to hire a developer to find the root cause of this issue, I shared this thread with my senior team they are also testing if they find any issues they will fix them and release the updated plugin asap.

    Thanks
