Error using Test Cards

    I setup a new site and am trying to test transactions, but can’t get any to go through.

    I verified that I’m in Test Mode, but keep getting the error “Credit card / debit card is not available for this order—please choose a different payment method”

    I tried disabling / enabling plugins, trying in incognito mode, clearing cache, etc.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there!

    I understand your concern about the issue you’re facing in test mode.

    I attempted to access the checkout page to replicate the issue, but it seems that login is required. For testing purposes, could you please temporarily disable this restriction so I can access the checkout page, place a test order, and see what issue appears?

    In the meantime, could you try using one of the test cards mentioned in this article and attempt to place an order? https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/testing-and-troubleshooting/testing/#testing-card-payments

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site setup better. Please share the necessary information below so we can investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
