Noticed after the recent update that the bar was missing and now I have this error in my plugin panel.

The plugin gc-message-bar/gc_message_bar.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

The 1.1.4 update will hopefully fix your issue. If not, than try to reinstall the plugin.

The file missing during the update issue is fixed with the last version.
