Error updating product lookup table

Hi,
On a website we use woocommerce. I noticed the following recurring error:
Argument 4 passed to Automattic\WooCommerce\Internal\ProductAttributesLookup\LookupDataStore::insert_lookup_table_data() must be of the type int, null given

So i used the woocommerce tools section to regenerate Product lookup tables.
Then i tried to update the Regenerate the product attributes lookup table as well.
However, this regeneration is stuck. I can abort the process and restart it, but that doesnt work. The filling is stuck at zero.
