Some of our users gets the following error message on login:

There was a problem with your login: Unable to configure verification page. [error code: server_error]

It happens in certain browsers like safari:

"user_agent": "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.1.1 Safari/605.1.15",

"user_agent": "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 OPR/56.0.3051.99"

It only happens when users login using pop-up form (we are using Auth0 Popup Login widget).

Our Lock JS CDN URL setting:

Any suggestions how to fix that?

Hi @mmki,

This is likely related to cross-origin verification issues. We have documentation on that here:

The WordPress plugin has one of those built in and it should be saved to your Application Advanced settings.

But this only works for certain browsers. Some just simple cannot/will not authenticate across domains, in which case your options are use a Custom Domain (requires a paid plan) or the Universal Login Page (authenticate on our domain, more info here).
