I’m experiencing the same issue. I was notified of scheduled maintenance, but it’s not within the specified timeframe, so I’m not sure what is going on.

That error is not par tof the WordPress system. It’s coming from your browser.
“This webpage is not available” is normally a DNS issue. That means that either the domain name isn’t set up orrectly or the nameserver records haven’t been set to point to your hosting server. The best thing to do is double-check that the nameserver settings for your domain match what you were given by your hosting company. If they look like they are correct, contact your hosting company and aks if they can see the problem. If they can’t then contact your domain registrar and ask them the same thing. One of the two companies will be able to see what’s going wrong.

it means the same thing. You need to talk to your hosting company and/or your domain registrar. They are the only ones that are going to be able to tell you what is going on with the DNS issues.
