error Something went wrong.

Hi Isabel,

First of all, many thanks for your work.
I added your plugin today and I got the same error message “Something went wrong” on the page that I wanted to display the chart.

I checked your pre-support guidelines and everything is ok.
So I added the Windows’ plugin just in case, cleaned the cache and so one, but I still get the same error message. So I desactivated the plugin, and tried again but I got no better result.

I would really appreciate your support.

It seems to be a serial error for many server constellation.

The only webhosting in our test where it works is namecheap. But what is the difference between namecheap server configuration and others?

The ZP health test is okay on every tested hosting.

If I see it right the issue comes up, when the form has no longitude value.
