Error Showing Custom JavaScript is not allowed

On my website after adding the AMP plugin, this error is showing up. Can anyone please tell me how to deal with this thing? Also, I am very little knowledge related to Coding. So if anyone can tell me how to resolve this problem then it will be highly appreciable. Thanks in advance.
