Error sending emails

    Hi,

    I have a problem sending emails. I have this message when subscribing to the NL with the email optin. I’m using Divi and SendGrid.

    I have this message:
    Subscription Error: Subscriber added to lists, but confirmation email failed to send: there was an error when sending a confirmation email for your subscription.

    I configured well the settings (sendgrid api and stuff) also cheked sendgrid sending method on advanced settings to.

    Can somebody help me?

    Hi @kwent,

    Subscription Error: Subscriber added to lists, but confirmation email failed to send: there was an error when sending a confirmation email for your subscription.

    This error means sending is not working as expected for your website.

    Can you please confirm you’re able to send a test email using Sendgrid?

    Also, you can go to MailPoet > Help > System Status and check if there’s any error message there for sending emails. If you see something there, please share the error with us and we can assist you better with this problem.
