    I’m sorry to hear that! There are a few quick recommendations I can make:

    First, we can try to refresh your Jetpack connection and reinstalling WooCommerce Payments. Please try the following:

    • DELETE the WooCommerce Payments plugin.
    • Disconnect and reconnect your Jetpack plugin
    • Reinstall and activate WooCommerce Payments

    If that doesn’t work, logs may help – please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs, find the most recent logs with either Woocommerce-payments or fatal-error in the name from the drop-down menu, and click “View” (screenshot: https://d.pr/SO6brE). You can paste the logs here, or let us know there aren’t any, so we can advise you on next steps. Hopefully, your logs will clue us in on what to do next.

    Hi again,

    I’ve done that but still had issues. Then I deleted the cache of the plugin in use and also deleted the browser cookies in use.

    Now it’s working again.

    Many things for trying to help me.
