error saving commission and affiliate table

I am on the page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcusage_settings and I want to check “Affiliate Portal:” as active, it appears that it is saved, then I add the commission that I want to pay and choose 10% the other two with “0”;
in both cases it appears that it is saved, but when I do a test payment check, the sale appears but the commission does not appear, when I look at the settings, affiliate portal, it is deactivated and the 10% is now 0, that is, deactivated, I tried to save them and vice versa and it still does not work, it always gets unchecked and appears on 0, it only worked once, but I do not know how I did it, because then I know that other errors appeared.
