May I know if you have tried deactivating/reactivating the plugin?
If no, kindly ask you to do it, clear the cache of the website in case you have any active plugin and check if the button works or no.

Yes I do all of this. But the button still doesn’t work.
I’m working with Avada template on WordPress. Could this be the cause?

It is possible that the issue can be a result of the conflict between our plugin and one of the plugins or themes you have.
To figure that out, may we ask you to deactivate all the plugins you have and in case the issue is fixed, by activating the plugins one by one, locating which plugin causes the conflict.
With the same logic, please, try to check the conflict between our plugin and the installed themes, including Avada template you mentioned.
