Error ProfileGrid

Hello,
When I try to access the WP Download manager, the uploadfunction is not working anymore. Before it was working fine. I see in the developers mode of the browser that a script of ProfileGird is not loading correctly. When I deactivate the ProfileGrid plugin it works fine.
